[AG-TECH] NCSA bridge testing

Thanks to everyone who dropped in to help test the NCSA bridges.  We 
will be testing again today beginning at 10am CST.

If you are available, please turn your node on and leave a note in the 
venue chat as to whether your node is set for multicast or unicast.  We 
would like to have a few nodes on the bridge and a few on multicast, so 
please take a look at the chat and determine whether there are more 
nodes on one than the other and set your node to balance things.  Once 
you are set, there's no need to hang around.  Thanks again in advance.
