[AG-TECH] AG 2.3 and anonymous certs

Does the VenueServer for 2.3 by default accept anonymous certificates? If
not, what do I need to add this support.

None of our anonymous certificates are connecting to our VenueServer. I
keep getting a "Check your clock" error message.
