[AG-TECH] ANL Lobby bridge

Hi Gilbert!
Basically you can just connect to the room you want the mc-address and ports
from and once the AG-VenueClient connected you can view the address and
ports by opening the venue properties in File->Properties
This gives you the data for the mc-address for the room. The unicast port
mapping to these multicast ports are bridge dependent and can be configured
by the one running the bridge through the config file of the QuickBridge
application. In our case we bridge our own room by mapping mc-ports
59922-59926 to the unicast ports 50096-50099. But as said, the unicast ports
are a matter of configuration of the bridge.
In generall I realized that it is helpful to open ports above 50000 up to
53000 (with some exceptions). This is the range where most unicast ports for
multicast mapping are used. You should be able to also find that information
in a file called vv.dat which accompanies the QuickBridge application used
by the BridgeServer of AccessGrid.
Hope this helps
Michael
