Yes -- I expect rat overwrites its own argument strings, writing
a 0 byte in place of the "/" for ease of parsing. Since ps just
reports whatever strings it finds in the process' memory where a 0
terminates each argument, ps displays the result as two separate args.
Though normally a good guide, ps can be misleading...
