[AG-TECH] vic video flicker with stereo opengl

Has anyone encountered the problem of flickering VIC video windows
when they run a stereo OpenGL application.  It makes it troublesome to
use VR apps while conferencing.

I am using a Matrox Parhelia 256 AGP card on Windows XP.  Has anyone
else found a solution or better results with a different card?
