[AG-TECH] 2.3 installation (video producer problems)

Hi Doug,
Thank you for the information.  However, it took us a little longer to get ours
to work.  We finally did thanks to Martin Stoufer.  I am not sure what all he
did, but we now have a working 2.3 node.  I will update the windows box again
soon.  I just updated our test drive.
