[AG-TECH] FYI - multicast tracing on CA*net

FYI

Canarie have added some more multicast commands to their looking glass
script, so it should be a bit easier to trace across between Internet2
(Abilene) and CA*net. Haven't tried it yet. NLANR beacon looks awful
today..lots of grey.
