[AG-TECH] AG support of Polycomm

Hi Jeff,

Sounds to me like a network issue, as there are usually some streams in
the test room. If you want to be sure, go to the AG Lobby (the default
venue in the AG2 client; if you don't see anybody there it's almost
certain that this is a network issue. Chances are good you don't have
multicast.

Long term advice: Talk to your networking folks about this and have them
get working multicast to you.

Short term advice: Try "use unicast" from the "preferences" menu in the
Venue Client (in venues where this is available). Your media tools
should re-start and you should probably see streams in the test room.
And give a holler to this list again if you need somebody to meet you in
a venue to confirm whether or not you're getting all the appropriate
media streams.
