[AG-TECH] TVS Update/Notice

The Transitional Venue Server has been restarted, post-tweaking.  With 
this restart, I've also brought back up the bridges in several of the 
venues.

If you run into any difficulties, please do let us know at 
ag-mcs at mcs.anl.gov.
