Look for the Polycom EF2280 and friends (ex-ASPI). Very nice boxes, and from our analysis performs better than the XAP800, at a lower price (your market may vary :-) ). They're 1RU or so in size.

There are some smaller, single-channel, desktop echo cancellers, like Coherent CallPorts, for portable/desktop nodes. Polycom also have a single-channel unit, which I believe is more adaptive but costs accordingly more.
