[AG-TECH] internal venue server

It is certainly the case that all of this can run with the AG-DEV certs.  I 
did some experimentation early on with getting our Boeing certificates 
enabled, but fully integrating that is still on my to do list.  There is no 
real need to have contact with any of the root CAs, since there is no 
checking for revocation of the certificates.

(Probably one of the items that needs to be on the to do list for the AG 
certificate infrastructure...)
