I have looked at this and restarted the server, everything appears ok after
a restart, but Please consider these instructions next time you encounter a
problem, note the part about *not* sending email to ag-tech and the reason
why.

From(http://www.mcs.anl.gov/fl/research/accessgrid/wiki/moin.cgi/TVSAppearsD
own?action=show):

In the event the Transitional Venues Server (TVS) appears to be experiencing
problems (either not permitting new connections via the Venue Client or
causing the Venue Client to disconnect) the following steps may be taken to
verify and resolve a possible TVS problem:

Please do not send email about the TVS being down to the ag-tech mailing
list, since it can go unnoticed for too long. That list is very large and
messages are known to have take hours (if not days) to get throught.

Once you have confirmed that there appears to be a problem with the TVS use
the following contact information:

Send an email to ag-mcs at mcs.anl.gov reporting the apparent TVS problem.
Provide a brief description of the problem. This is the recommended and
preferred form of communication.
If you get no response to the problem within 15 minutes, go to the Meadow in
the AG1 Venues MOO. See How To Use the Venues MOO
