[AG-TECH] Video Resource Config file?

[ARSC Grid Op's]

Quick question, anyone know what file is being used when you add "Video Service" and a resource listing appears. I am getting duplicates in the list and the venue client is launching duplicate video streams. Is there some config file that is associated with the video resources? 
I am on a W2k machine with AGtk 2.2
