[AG-TECH] Problems using webcam?

I was going to mention the "Configure on Transmit" solution as I know 
I've used that solution in the past for solving this sort of problem; 
however, correct me if I'm wrong (and there is a strong possibility that 
I am!) but isn't the "Configure on Transmit" option only available on 
the Windows side??
