[AG-TECH] Laptop Node?

Hello all -

I have set up a PIG on my laptop, a Compaq Presario 2100.  But when I try 
connecting to AG I can't seem to do anything.  The only video I get back is 
of myself, and I get no audio whatsoever.  I have gone into the test room to 
figure stuff out but nobody seems to be responding.  Any idea of what I 
might need to do?  Thanks so much.
