[AG-TECH] News on ANL MSB bridge

we're having problems with the number of entries of registered hosts for 
the ANL MSB bridge crashing the server. Sometime between now and tomorrow 
I'm going to empty out the bridge db, requiring anyone who needs (needs, 
please) to use the msb to reregister for access.

and again, please, only register if you know you need to use the MSB 
bridge. If you don't know what that means, please refrain from registering.
