[AG-TECH] "SetupVideo"

Hi Sam:

SetupVideo detects devices and writes the output to a file named 
"videoresources" in the directories below:

Windows:  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AccessGrid
Linux:  /etc/AccessGrid
