[AG-TECH] mcast beacon qs

Which multicast beacon are people using?  Should we all be moving to
the new group and client?

Also, the info on http://beacon.dast.nlanr.net/ does not match with my
own local_loss.html.  My local_loss.html reports zero loss, sending
and receiving, from my nodes *.aset.psu.edu to most others, but the
nlanr page says otherwise.
