[AG-TECH] Matrox G450 MMS

We are setting up a new node and are interested to find out if any one has
any experience with the above card.  I am told that it might have some
limitations with regard to overlay support on more than one port at a time,
however, it may also work given that Vic does not utilize overlay.  Has
anyone experience with this?
