[AG-TECH] New 2.1 installation coexist with 1.2

Sorry if this has already been covered on the list!

My three CPU AG 1.2 node (audio/video) is running RedHat 6.2. In order
to coexist AG 1.2 and 2.1 do I need to wipe the two machines, install
Redhat 7.3, install the AG 1.2 RPM's, verify 1.2 functionality, and then
install AG 2.1? My display machine is already running WinXP.
