[AG-TECH] 2.1.1b single machine no video capture

I have the AGTK2.1.1b installed and working relatively well except for the
fact that I do not see my video feed in the vic window.  I have added the
VideoProducer service using M$ WDM Image Capture and the port is set to
external-in.  The camera is a simple USB QuickCam that does work on this
machine using other capture software.  Can someone point me in the proper
direction?
