Yes this is the same error I reported.  Some say it's because of python 
processes running, but not here.  I get the problem no matter what. 
 Restart, kill processes, whatever I have to do.

Also, I am still not getting my certificates, even after they have been 
signed.  Is there something I can do ?  What's the ip of the machine it 
connects to to try to get the certificates, maybe i can test routing 
issues, but then i wouldn't think this was on multicast though, besides 
our multicast works.
