[AG-TECH] AGServiceManager.py on Windows Machine

I run it from the <AGinstalldir>\bin and not from the Python22 dir you
mention.  Not sure what you mean by "no success".  You can always run
Python from a cmd shell and add the "-v" arg to see what's happening,
e.g., "python -v <script>.py"
