[AG-TECH] AG2.1.1b multi-machine node problems

Thanks, Eric.

As well as these steps, I also had to add the directory /tmp/local_services
on my video capture machine. But, I think we're there now (the ANL server is
down, I think, stopping a fully successful test!).
