[AG-TECH] Certificate problem partly fixed

Turned out the previous problem was caused by  not having my hostname and IP 
in /etc/hosts. Now VenueClient.py starts without the previous error. But, I 
have a new one now, when I click on View Pending Requests, I see my 
certificate request, but Import Certificate is greyed out. The only clickable 
option is Delete Request. I went ahead and made a New Request thinking the 
first one I did was bad.
