[AG-TECH] AG2.1.2 patch not working?

I installed the upgrade to AG2.1.2 for windows and now I can't access the
client at all. When I try and boot the client, the hour glass appears for a
short time then goes away. It doesn't even appear to get around to writing a
venue client log.
