Dr. Inna Dubchak is leading the development of advanced computational
algorithms and software tools for DNA and protein sequence analysis. The
tools developed by her laboratory include tools for comparative genomics
and visualization as well DNA functional sites prediction. Dr. Dubchak lead
the development of VISTA (Visualization Tools for Alignments). Since its
public introduction, VISTA has become one of the most popular and widely use
comparative genomics tools available to biologists, geneticists, and
biomedical researchers.
