[AG-TECH] Problems getting started with AG2.1

is that cert & signing policy available online somewhere? I'd like to try 
importing those here to see if there's something weird going on (I don't 
like the loss of the leading zero; as far as I know there's nowhere that 
shoudl be treating those names like numbers..).
