[AG-TECH] A new install error message...

Hello everyone, 
 
This is the current error message that I'm getting from a new install of
2.1.
 
The computer network configuration is not correct. To correct the problem,
"by setting the Globus_Hostname environment variable" and restart the app.
Application will exit "Globus_Hostname is configured, but is not set in the
process.  If you started this program from a command window, you may have to
start a new command window to run with the proper setting."
 
I have not started the program from a command prompt.  I have completed 1
successful install; however; I have been working with this one for more than
a week now..
