[AG-TECH] obtaining a certificate for v2.1.1

Hi Al,
You can request a certificate from the VenueClient under Preferences, 
Manage Certificates, Request a certificate.

Or, since you are using windows, there should also be an entry for 
"Request a certificate" under the Access Grid group in Start->Programs.

Also, we'll update the manual with the current instructions.  Sorry that 
that section didn't get updated with the recent release.
Let us know if you have any more questions when getting started.
