[AG-TECH] How to get certificate file userkey.pem for Redhat system

Hello Vu,

I did that under redhat 9.0.  The userkey.pem should be generated by the
grid-cert-request.   What version of AGTk are you using?  I used the one
checked out from the CVS and it works.
