[AG-TECH] Recording SC Global '03

Assuming that appropriate consent forms are signed by all presenters, SC 
Global will be archived in both Insors Grid Recorder and Windows Media 
formats. The Windows Media archive will (eventually) be available on the 
web; details are TBD regarding playback of IG Recorder archives.
