[AG-TECH] AG 2.0 help

Jim,

What you describe is typical behavior of a python script not compiling 
properly (in which case, you won't get a VenueClient.log).  This could be 
caused by a missing prerequisite.

Open up a command prompt, and run VenueClient.py from there - this way the 
window won't close right away and you'll be able to see what error message 
is being produced.
