[AG-TECH] bogus values passed to VideoConsumer

Access Grid 2.0 rc1, running on redhat 8.0.  No video appears.  Slipping a
shell script in front of vic reveals that it is being started with a command
line of

vic -t 0 None/0

which obviously doesn't work very well.  I get the same results on the
transitional server and on a local one.  Anyone else seen this?

(I would have bugzilla'd this, but there doesn't seem to be a version option
 for rc1 yet)
