[AG-TECH] VRVS Oddities

After operating our node successfully for a few months now, the only 
problem we seem to be having is with VRVS. We (the AG Node) can see and 
hear all VRVS participants in a venue, but they can't see or hear us. 
Does anyone know where I should start trying to track this problem down?
