[AG-TECH] HTTP slide show script

I wrote this script a few weeks ago and still haven't got around to
testing it on a diverse audience; our AG is still under construction.

Our user community (physicists) have historically used PostScript
or freehand slides on overhead projectors in presentations, so
I was looking for something to do a slideshow on an AG wall from
PostScript/PDF/HTML pages on a variety of platforms (Linux, Windows, MacOS
etc.)

I confess I didn't look for existing solutions; it seemed fairy simple to
create something using HTTP push, which I did.

>From my own limited testing, the basic script (HTTP Push) seems fairly
reliable. This method has been around for many years since Netscape 2
and NCSA httpd or something.
For a large number or participants (hundreds), it will not scale, since
each participant maintains an HTTP connection to the server and hence a
separate server process or thread. But it should work for smaller numbers.

There is a set of HTML test slides (text + image) and a set of PDF
slides. Any numerically-numbered set anywhere on the Web should be usable.

Comments/suggestions etc. ?
