Does the directory /tmp/local_service/ and the corresponding zip files exist?
If not, then did you install the VideoProducer rpm?  And if so, perhaps they
got cleaned out by a /tmp scrubber.

BTW, is there any good reason why the AG rpms keep important files in /tmp?
