Hey Bob,

You need to uninstall the previous software (from the windows page:)

Note: You should uninstall all previous software, including:

WinGlobus 
pyGlobus 
pyDNS 
python logging 
pyOpenSSL 
pyIPC 
Previously installed versions of the AGTk.
