[AG-TECH] AGSchedule update coming soon

Hello Everyone,

Just a reminder:

We will updating AGSchedule http://agschedule.ncsa.uiuc.edu Tomorrow at 
2pm.  This update will add new Modify Meeting pages, incorporate security 
features and add browser compatibility.

Because of the new security features, we ask that, once the upgrade is 
announced, everyone check their meetings to assure they have the 
permissions they expect.  If for some reason you find a problem with your 
access to a meeting, there will be a link that allows you to check your 
current permissions for that meeting.  If you find an error, please contact 
us immediately and we will make the necessary changes to assure that you 
have the proper access to your meetings.

Users of AGSchedule are encouraged to review the use of the Participating 
Sites and Upload Permissions lists.  These will govern access to various 
Modify Meeting pages and other features of AGSchedule.  A matrix of these 
permissions will be available in the tour.  The tour will have additional 
information about the changes, so please review the tour.

questions, suggestions, or comments are welcome.
