[AG-TECH] High res video streams, in AG VIC session

Chris,

A bit late reaction - and problem might already be solved, do/did you 
FORCE RTPtv to send multicast, I remember I had to add the -a to force 
multicast to be sent out! If not we were unable to receive multicast 
from RTPtv.
