We've fixed those bugs that kept alpha 3.0 from being immediately usable. 3.1 should be able to be downloaded, installed and run. It should connect you directly to the AG Lobby on the transitional venue server. Please report bugs via bugzilla (http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/accessgrid) and come hang out in the meadow. --Ivan
