So, I guess the answer to my question is "No".

I have just ordered new machines that only have 64 bit/66 Mhz PCI slots. My
current video capture cards will not fit. So, what to do?

This is a problem we will all face sooner to later.

Does anyone have any experience with a good quad input S-Video 66 Mhz
compatible PCI capture card? For example, I don't believe the Spectra8 video
capture card is 66 Mhz PCI slot compatible, or indeed, has S-video inputs.

Failing this, how about a dual input card?
