[AG-TECH] full featured h.323 client for W2k?

VCON also offers the VPOINT software only client.  I am testing it with standard USB cameras, and have been pretty impressed.  Full CIF/30 Fps requires a 1.6 Ghz processor. List price is around $100USD. 

The echo cancellation is done in software, and appears to work well enough.  However my audio testing has not been very rigorous yet.
