[AG-TECH] Entry for Osprey 210 card in video-conf.

Thanks for all that helped. It appears that there is a misunderstanding 
of the ports. The only port that I could get to work is the composite 
port but I had to select the Television port name to do so. I have not 
been able to get the s-video port to work. So, for now, the Osprey 210 
is working along side the Hauppauge cards. Connection from the camera is 
composite and the port setting is Television. We are now running four 
cameras.
