[AG-TECH] Entry for Osprey 210 card in video-conf.

If you're using linux, you'll need to use the osprey drivers. I've no
idea if those drivers will screw with regular Hauppage cards. My
instinct is no, that it probably just extends the bttv driver to
recognize the break out box.

I'm interested to hear the outcome.
