it's defined I believe in the audio/vidoe profiles spec that goes 
alongside the RTP RFC (It used to be RFC 1889, but that's been superceded 
and I don't recall the number offhand; you can find all the audio-video 
transport documents by going to www.ietf.org, clicking on the working 
groups link, and choosing avt).
