Yes, it is in the modified UCL vic that we use with the AG software. I am 
not sure if the changes are merged back into the UCL vic itself, but the 
sources for the AG-modified vic are available on the MCS-Futures Lab CVS 
server (where the AG2 sources live).

I believe the changes have been made to OpenMash as well, but I am not 
positive about that.
