[AG-TECH] Encryption and the PIG

I have successfully tested using an encrypted venue between my PIG and our
regular AG node. At the time I tested it, I was able to enter ANL's
encryption test room. Maybe they've changed the access permissions on it
since then? I also experimented with adding encryption to our venues on
AGSchedule. Both worked just fine, and I confirmed this by reloading the
same venue without the encryption enabled on one of the nodes, and as
expected, the two nodes could not communicate with each other.
