[AG-TECH] dual xeon vs. dual p4

There is no such thing as a dual P4 machine that *isn't* a dual Xeon
machine - the only SMP capable P4 is the P4-Xeon.  Having said that, we're
using several around here at ANL, and they work quite well ;-)
