Hi Kun,
Yes, you're right.  According to the RFCs, even numbered ports are to be 
used for RTP channels, whereas RTCP is used on the odd-numbered ports.
Those port assignments were assigned to me quite some time ago.  Since RAT 
and VIC work fine with them, I didn't feel a need to change them.
However, seeing as how the specifications are written, and the possibility 
that someday software will be written that won't be so lenient, I have 
changed the port numbers to abide by the spec.

Please revisit http://agschedule.ncsa.uiuc.edu/venues.asp to see the new 
port numbers.
